Who needs to be empower? Why someone will need to be empower? What will it takes to empower you? When will you start to empower yourself? Where will your empowering come from?

Executive Empowerment defines that the leadership over a company and given the authority to control over the company, employees, products or services. There are different kinds of people who are empowered, such as, managers, CEO, CIO and other executive managers who have the authority to make decisions about the company, employees, products and services. When a manager is empower, they make important decisions about the company that will increase customers, profits and improve performance. When an CEO is empowered, he or she direct or guide the management team. Next, when a CIO is empowered, he or she makes important decisions about Information Technology.  Leaders are empowered to make important decisions that will impact the company's future. Decisions can either assemble a company or disassemble a company. This is why decisions are important and by understanding how you have reached a decision is even more important. It is recommended that when making a decision you understand the cause and effect of the decision. However, what it takes to be empowered is knowledge, skills and education. Knowledge is the skills and education that you have about products or service, customers and employees. In addition, skills define that you can make a difference in the company or make changes that will improve performance, increase sales and profits. Next, Education defines the ability to use methodology to teach someone else something about the company and its products or services. Once you have the knowledge, skills and education about a particular field that is the first step to empowering yourself. Plus, using your knowledge, skills and education to make advance decisions about your career and how you would like to use your ability to gain prosperity for yourself or a company, it is usually someone else who empowers you, such as, a teacher, parent or someone with authority. Therefore, your empowered comes from a teacher, parent or someone with authority that give you authority to learn, to develop knowledge, skills and education.
