It is the Rational Transformation that provides and explain
evidence of a fact or give a reason for introversion humans and extroversion humans. Introversion humans are concern with their own interest unlike extroversion
humans who have a concern of outside of themselves. Each human has an
introversion and extroversion. Introversion and Extroversion need to be
balance. Meaning that they need to be equally developed in the humans. If lean
on either sides more than the other, this could leave to psychological issues. This
is why the introversion and extroversion nature need to be rational transform
before the psychological problems can change. According to Jung, C.G. (1921) on
Psychological Types but later Psychological Types were translated by Baynes,
G.H. (1923) who believe that extroverted type is believe under “The moral laws
which govern his action coincide with the corresponding claims of society and his
characteristics is an example of hysteria. However, Baynes, G.H. explains the
introverted type is based on “attitude that is normally governed by the
psychological structure, theoretically determined by heredity resulting in
developing an ego but it is a
characteristic peculiarity of the introvert, which, moreover, is as much in
keeping with his own inclination as with the general bias, that he tends to
confuse his ego with the Self, and to exalt his ego to the position of subject
of the psychological process, thus effecting that morbid” relating to
unpleasant subjects from “consciousness.” It is also believe that humans are
both introverted and extroverted. The introverted and extroverted are a serious
matter which is definitely called for adjustment and change. Before an
individual can seek for a rational transformation, he or she will evaluate the unconsciousness
and consciousness mind. After evaluating the mind then only when a human be
ready to challenge the rational transformation, he or she will have the
knowledge, skills and education to properly change the introverted and
extroverted human.
