Methodologies within the cloud. The Research and Methodologies Cloud is based
on two methods, namely, Quantitative and Qualitative. First, our Quantitative
Research Cloud allows us to understand the measurability of a product or
service through surveys, questionnaires and polls. The surveys, questionnaires
and polls are based on the 5w’s, namely, who, what, when, where, and why? Secondly,
our Qualitative Research Cloud allow us to understand the quality of the
product or service through the characteristics, life cycle and trends. The characteristics
of a product or service allows us to understand the product characteristics.
The product characteristics are developed by 7 components, such as, the Product
Traits, Product Price Index, Product Trust, Product Acceptance, Product Risk,
Product Benefits, and Product Policy. Next, the Product Life Cycle is created
to grow in sales and use that result from a product process which is influence
by the environment and the experience of customers so that it has the ability
to grow or change and often it is considered to be different from other product
based on product benefits and sustainability to benefit and recurring the use
of the product. Then, product trends are based on a general direction that demonstrates
the behavior and relationship of the product and the customer throughout time.
